Gina Bodine

Master Certified Health Coach

Welcome! My name is Gina Bodine and I am dedicated to helping others find balance and achieve their best in health and overall wellness. In 2017 I became acutely aware of the importance of taking care of myself physically, mentally, and emotionally from the inside out when my husband became disabled, and I became his caregiver. In 2021 I discovered health coaching through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and I knew this was the perfect opportunity for me to help others outside of our own family achieve wellness in the areas of Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition.

IT’S ALL ABOUT

Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition

As a health coach, I meet clients where they are on their journey, partner with, and walk alongside them providing science-based information and tools necessary to empower them to create sustainable, positive changes desired in their lives. I absolutely love to encourage, inspire, motivate, educate, and help guide others to achieve their personal goals and dreams of health and wellness through learning to live a healthy lifestyle.

I have several personal hobbies that help me achieve balance and experience joy in my life. I love nature and the outdoors, and my husband and I enjoy long daily walks with our three dogs we rescued from local organizations. I love being physically active at a local gym. In 2020 I started skiing again with my husband in his adaptive ski program and we are looking forward to continued adventures with an adaptive scuba dive program in the near future.

I have an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and previously worked as a police officer for 24 years during which time I held various instructor certifications and thoroughly enjoyed teaching others. I absolutely loved serving my community. I’ve continued my passion for helping others learn and became a Master Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I am certified in the areas of Families, Adults and Seniors, and Pregnancy.

“Comparison is the thief of joy.”
